Our Mission

The Bronco Wall Street Club (BWSC) was founded in September 2025 to address the increasing demand of students interested in high finance. We are a student-led organization focused on developing the next generation of competitive finance talent at Western Michigan University. The BWSC develops driven members for demanding roles in investment banking, private equity, and other related fields through structured technical training, professional development, and opportunities to engage with firms and alumni. Our mission is to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and preparation required to succeed in competitive financial roles while strengthening WMU’s presence in the industry. 

 

Our vision is to establish Western Michigan University as a recognized pathway into elite financial careers by consistently placing prepared, competitive, and high-achieving Broncos into leading firms in investment banking, private equity, and other related fields.
